7.0/10

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small but nicely decorated with everything we needed, although the storage options were limited. The breakfast was disappointing, especially the coffee. On the bright side, the room had good AC, water pressure, and WiFi. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, but not extremely close to major attractions.

Rooms
7.0
The room was nicely decorated and had all the necessary amenities in good order, but smaller than expected with limited storage options.
Service
8.0
The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful, although they insisted on me paying the full amount upfront.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport, although not extremely close to major attractions. Despite some initial skepticism, it was a safe area for walking even at night.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was basic and repetitive, offering limited options each day, but it could be enjoyed in a charming courtyard.
Facilities
The hotel had a bathroom window for cross ventilation and tall French doors leading to a balcony overlooking the main street.

I found the hotel to be a cozy stay with spacious and clean rooms, suitable for families with young children. The service was top-notch with a warm and helpful staff. Although the location wasn't the best, it was decent enough for exploring Rome on foot. The dining options were limited, but the overall value for money was reasonable.

Rooms

Our room, although a bit small, was nicely decorated and had all the essentials in good order. We enjoyed the small balcony even though it tended to get cold at times.
Service

The service here truly stood out with a beyond friendly and welcoming staff who were always ready to assist. They made our stay truly enjoyable.
Location
7.0
While the area initially seemed sketchy, it turned out to be decent and relatively close to the city center and main Rome sites, making exploring on foot quite convenient.
Dining

The dining experience was below par with just basic continental options, which might not suffice for those planning long days out exploring Rome.

The hotel offers beautiful rooms with a bathroom window for cross ventilation if needed, along with tall French doors to a front balcony overlooking the main street. The main lobby impresses with its original floors, but the location is slightly out of town.

Rooms

The rooms are beautiful, and I particularly enjoyed the bathroom window for fresh air and the charming front balcony. The original floors in the main lobby add a touch of elegance.
Service
8.0
The staff here are sweet and extremely helpful. When I informed them about some rotten apples, they kindly advised not to eat them. They replied promptly to my room request via email and made sure to suggest local restaurants in the area.
Location
9.0
I found the location to be great for exploring Rome. It's a 20-minute stroll from the main tourist area, but easy to reach from Stazione Termini with public transport. Additionally, being near a transportation hub like the Rio Maggiore Gate was very convenient for getting around the city.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was satisfactory, with a simple offering of two rolls, jams, and coffee per person. However, I expected a more substantial breakfast spread. A highlight was learning about Italian breadmaking during my stay.

The hotel is in a convenient location within walking distance of major Rome sites. The rooms were regularly changed, albeit somewhat small, but a bit of a hassle initially. The service was friendly but had a few quirks like suggesting not to eat rotten fruit. The dining options were basic, with minimal breakfast choices. Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and cleaned daily, though a bit on the small side, but who needs a big room when you're out exploring all day! The small balcony was a nice touch, and I can only imagine how wonderful it would be in nicer weather. The bathroom window provided good cross ventilation, and the tall French doors to the front balcony overlooking the main street added to the charm of the room.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were cleaned daily and had a small balcony, perfect for enjoying the view of the main street.
Service
9.0
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond to assist me when I lost my phone, translating for me at a local phone shop to get a temporary phone. Their multilingual skills were a great asset during my stay.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located near the minihub for transportation at the Rio Maggiore gate, allowing easy access to buses and trams to explore Rome. Despite being slightly offbeat, the location offers a unique experience, though a slight commute to the main tourist sites may be required. The proximity to the ancient aqueduct at the end of the street adds a charming touch.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were okay, with a limited selection that was the same every day. Breakfast could be better with more variety, but the coffee was nice.
Facilities
The hotel offers essential facilities that cater to basic needs. It provides a decent place to stay but could benefit from more dining variety.
